odoban

odoban is a wonderful smell remover/disinfectant. we had garbage cans
outside w/no lids on them and dh never took them off, so they got rained in
& rained in & rained in (in mid summer). they got to smelling like raw
sewage (yuck). well, we dumped the water out & put all the trash in new
bags. my dh waas going to throw out the cans, b/c they stunk so bad, but i
cleaned them w/odoban & they smell as good as new. better. & i saved $$
not having to buy more cans. it is also great to use if you have
potty-training toddlers that have an accident. put in washer w/clothes for
fresh, clean scent. it also works on pet stains, anything that stinks. it
is about $9 for 1-gal, but it's a concentrate, so you can dilute w/water to
make (i think) 32 gallons, so it is actually very reasonable. you can get
it at sam's & prob other wholesale stores as well. try searching online for
it & then see if they have a link to where you can buy it, if you don't have
a sam's membership

Mary,
It's to get rid of oders. Pet, cigerettes, smoke et al. I have 2
elderly cats that miss their litterbox and the oder was AWFUL. I had
spent a fortune and alot of elbow grease trying to rid the carpet of
the smell. This stuff works great and its antibacterial. I put some in
my rug shampooer and did the carpet and its wonderful. Last nite I
went to sleep without visions of urine dancing in my head :)

Hi All,

Not posting much this week, work full time and then volunteer until like 7pm, More on the weekend on what gets accomplished.

Anyway, I found the most awesome thing which is just like what is described only the plastic pages are wire bound in a plastic spiral binding.

It was at walgreens drug store with notebooks. 2.99

8 pocket project organizer www.pendaflex.com product # 99524 described as 1 letter size project organizer.

I pay my bills on line, but I keep the newest statement in one section, but other sections I use for stuff I need to follow up on, Its the size of an 8X10 spiral notebook with 8 plastic see through pockets heavy duty. It's really portable and I have one bright red for my stuff and one bright blue to stuff I do for the organizations I volunteer at.

Anyway, best $2.99 organizing investment I've made in a long time.

Great to read everyone's progress. I did get about 60 magazines and 4 small bags for good will out to the car... Love, Alyse

OT-Where's everyone from and what's your weather doing?

KC,
WOW!!! your doing fantastic. Isnt it nice to find clothes you knew
were "somewhere" Last week I found lots of unders only to lose them
again :)
I know about the stuff in front of the sliding doors. I dont think Ive
seen one of my closets in more then a yr. Who knows what lurks behind
door # 1. Gonna be like lets make a deal, and behind door no # IS ?
This is kinda weird. I have two oval pics of my kids when they were
babies. taken at olan mills. I have thought they were in this closet
for over a yr. But Im scared to be able to get in the closet cause if
they are not in their I will be devasted. By me not being able to get
in their kinda like keeps the dream alive.
I havent done too much lately. I cant seem to get motivated. I did put
up some xmas decorations. They are not put in garage as we had snow
storm a few days ago and it makes getting to my garage difficult.
I decided to keep my small tree up all yr. Its small with white lites
and silver ornaments. Its really pretty. I like sitting and reading in
LR with tree lit. Reminds me of when we lived in Bombay, India as a
kid. My Mom had white lites strung around her plants in the nursery. I
loved looking at them at nite.
I got some oderban at Sams club yesterday. Boy does it work great.
